Peak|45 is a boutique Lagree Fitness Studio with locations in Park City, Salt Lake City, and Riverton, Utah, and now in Holladay and Sugarhouse.  Reach your PEAK through our 45-minute high intensity, no impact, total body workout on the Megaformer to improve balance, cardiovascular and muscle endurance, core strength, and athletic performance. Similar to, but better than Pilates, Lagree fitness is safe on joints and intense enough to shake!

I have had a great experience so far at Peak 45! The instructors are very helpful with new students, and have been able to accommodate me while still running the rest of the class even though I have no prior experience with Pilates.

If you haven't done lagree it's an excellent workout. If you have this studio and trainers are great. I've been to a few lagree studios around the country and Peaks prices are reasonable and classes are consistently challenging.

Peak 45 SLC is the best workout ever! The instructors are amazing, the workouts are tough, the music is awesome and the results are so so good! There is nothing like Peak 45! Love it!

Peak 45 has quickly become an obsession for me. My first class was in SLC with Sunny and she was SO helpful to us newcomers as it is a little jarring at first because it’s fast paced and the moves can be complicated if you’ve never done it before but she was the BEST person to take your first class with - I highly recommend taking her class if you’re new. She also kicks A$$ and her classes will give you a great workout and she really knows what she’s talking about with muscle groups and all that. She’s helped me so much and always goes above and beyond to help and teach. Then I was hooked and I’ve gone to about 15 classes since then and I don’t plan on stopping 🙂 it is the best workout I’ve ever gotten. My body is changing faster than I’ve ever seen it change and in the best way. I’ve gone to both Park City and SLC and I love them both for different reasons. The SLC location is kind of like a cave - it’s dark and the music is loud and the teachers motivate you like no other. The PC location is much brighter, seems a bit bigger and the teachers there are equally as awesome. I’ve taken classes with Sunny, Yaicha (AMAZING teacher as well!!) she really motivates you to get through it and plays the best music.. Natalie in PC is amazing! Brooke is awesome!! And Lo is awesome too!! I haven’t taken classes with any of the other instructors but I’m sure I will and they will all be amazing. I’ve heard great things about Joey too- we’ve been wanting to take his class but they’re always full!! Anyway, basically everyone is stellar and the workout is incredible. I’m a long time yogi and I never thought I would love anything as much as that but I do!! Peak 45 has made me so much stronger and actually helped my yoga practice because I’m so much stronger. It’s helped my skiing immensely too! I can’t say enough good things about it. If you’re skeptical take a class NOW!!!

Peak 45 is the perfect complement to running and the only weight training I do. It is consistently challenging and has given me strength I never thought I could have. The instructors are empowering, motivating, entertaining, and kind - all while kicking your butt. I love this place, these people, and this workout.

Peak45 has changed not only my body physique, but my entire life! I am in LOVE with this place! The instructors are some of the most amazing I have ever taken from, and they really make this place what it is-- inclusive, positive, and the hardest workout! I have tried so many different styles of workouts, but Lagree is by far the hardest and best workout I have ever done for my body and mind! If you want an absolute a** kicking, sign up for class with either Cait, Mindy or Yaicha-- they will destroy your body in all of the best ways, I promise you!

Friendly fun studio! Kellie & Yaicha are my favorite instructors. They have great music and energy. If you haven’t tried Lagree before, the instructors are helpful without being overbearing. Would recommend to a friend.

A 45 minute workout that is more effective than 1.5 hours in the gym! I LOVE Peak 45 so much. After your first class you might feel sore for a few days, but keep going! You'll feel stronger and stronger each time.

You'll have a love/hate relationship with the instructors. I personally go to a lot of Brooke's, the time works best for me, and her personality makes the brun of the class less intense! I haven't tried everyone yet, but I recommend you try as many as possible because you'll learn different things from each one.

This place is an absolute DREAM. From the owners, to the coaches, to the studio, it surpasses a 5 star rating. This kind of pilates has challenged my bodies in ways I have never experienced, and I feel insanely strong and exhausted in the best way possible after each class. Every coach is amazing and so informed (Mindy always KILLS me in the best way possible) and each class has a welcoming environment and motivating music. Everyone needs to experience this!!!

I LOVE peak45!!! My entire body gets a toning workout without jarring my joints! It is definitely my favorite workout place and the coaches are so caring and knowledgeable! It’s a great way to start out my day! 🙂

Bright beautiful studio with great instructors. I’ve loved every class I’ve taken and shook my way through them! 😁. I’ve done Lagree for 8 years now and absolutely nothing will tone you and make you feel super strong like this workout.

Super great class jam packed with muscle strengthening moves in 45 minutes! I’ve been almost 10 times now and I can feel myself getting and am seeing results. The class also goes by so fast!

The staff are super knowledgeable about what they’re doing. They’re also very encouraging and supportive. I highly recommend this class!

The experience at Peak 45 is exceptional. An amazing group of instructors who are excited to help everyone, from first timers to advanced. The cross training of Pilates has helped my skiing and cycling. I recommend Peak 45 to anyone wanting to improve their fitness, balance and strength.

I swear by the Lagree method! I’ve done it over ten years, it has carried me through two pregnancies, and coupled with cardio + a healthy diet you will be stronger and toned with this full-body, low impact workout.

Lacy and her team at Peak45 always welcome with a smile, are motivating, and know how to help you get the most out of each workout. I recommend Peak45 to everyone. Don’t hesitate to add Peak45 to your weekly workout!
