Peak|45 is a boutique Lagree Fitness Studio with locations in Park City, Salt Lake City, and Riverton, Utah, and now in Holladay and Sugarhouse. Reach your PEAK through our 45-minute high intensity, no impact, total body workout on the Megaformer to improve balance, cardiovascular and muscle endurance, core strength, and athletic performance. Similar to, but better than Pilates, Lagree fitness is safe on joints and intense enough to shake!

You'll have a love/hate relationship with the instructors. I personally go to a lot of Brooke's, the time works best for me, and her personality makes the brun of the class less intense! I haven't tried everyone yet, but I recommend you try as many as possible because you'll learn different things from each one.

The staff are super knowledgeable about what they’re doing. They’re also very encouraging and supportive. I highly recommend this class!
