You'll have a love/hate relationship with the instructors. I personally go to a lot of Brooke's, the time works best for me, and her personality makes the brun of the class less intense! I haven't tried everyone yet, but I recommend you try as many as possible because you'll learn different things from each one.

The staff are super knowledgeable about what they’re doing. They’re also very encouraging and supportive. I highly recommend this class!

Here’s what to know about Lagree during pregnancy and postpartum:
1. Lagree is a low-impact, pregnancy-safe workout that helps maintain muscular strength, core stability, and endurance—without the joint stress. It’s one of the most effective ways to stay strong through pregnancy and rebuild after.
2. Your body changes—so does your workout. We’ll guide you through modifications that support your growing belly and shifting center of gravity. Expect more front-of-mega moves, more springs for support, and a whole lot of permission to move at your own pace.
3. No moves on your stomach or lying flat on your back. As your pregnancy progresses, we avoid supine and stomach-down exercises to protect your circulation and your bump. Don’t worry—there’s always a way to modify.
4. Twisting is off the table—but oblique work isn’t. We sub in safer core moves like scrambled eggs and staggered wheelbarrow. In the later second and third trimesters, center core work often feels better than obliques, and we’ll help you find what feels right.
5. If anything feels unstable, awkward, or off—ask. We’ll meet you where you’re at, but you’re the expert on your body. And while we’re always here to help, make sure to consult your doctor before starting or continuing any prenatal fitness routine.
Pregnancy-safe doesn’t mean watered-down. It means intentional. You’ve got this.
