Peak|45 is a boutique Lagree Fitness Studio with locations in Park City, Salt Lake City, and Riverton, Utah. Reach your PEAK through our 45-minute high intensity, no impact, total body workout on the Megaformer to improve balance, cardiovascular and muscle endurance, core strength, and athletic performance.

You'll have a love/hate relationship with the instructors. I personally go to a lot of Brooke's, the time works best for me, and her personality makes the brun of the class less intense! I haven't tried everyone yet, but I recommend you try as many as possible because you'll learn different things from each one.

The staff are super knowledgeable about what they’re doing. They’re also very encouraging and supportive. I highly recommend this class!
