YESSSS! We believe no other activity will help you get back into shape faster or with less chance of injury than PEAK45. Our classes are definitely challenging, but there are modifications to decrease the intensity of almost every exercise. Your instructor will show you how to down-level during class, if necessary.

If you can hold a plank for 45 seconds, you’ll do great! If not, you can always do child’s pose.

While the Lagree Method incorporates elements of Pilates, it is not. Like Pilates, it is low impact and targets your core, but our classes are performed at a much higher intensity level.

This depends on how experienced you are with this workout. We work your muscles to failure so you will feel sore. It is important to take a break in between. We recommend 3 times a week. But if you are more active then you could come 5 times a week. If you are less active then try 1 – 2 times a week.

People who have been coming for years still get sore every time. Just listen to your body and you’ll be fine!

Wear comfortable clothes you can move easily in, much like you’d wear to the gym or a yoga class. For both safety and sanitary reasons, we require that you wear socks with a grip on them.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your class start time. If it’s your first time at PEAK45, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to go over the Megaformer machine.

We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before class. We understand that there is traffic, but you will lose your spot if you are not on time. It is for your safety to arrive on time so that you can warmup your center core.

Yes, registering for the waitlist is just like registering for a class. When scheduling, choose “Yes, Add me to the Waitlist”. You will be notified via text and email if you have been moved from the waitlist and added to a class. If your plans change, please remove yourself from the waitlist.

All group classes require an 8 hour cancellation notice, so if you’re added to a class from the waitlist at the last minute, be aware the 8 hour cancellation still applies.

All group classes require an 10 hour cancellation notice. Private sessions require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Everyone must agree to the cancellation policy in order to attend PEAK45. There will be no exceptions.

14 years or older. If you’re under 18, we require a signature from a parent or guardian.

If you are highly active and fit or familiar with this workout/practice, then you can participate with modifications. However, if you are new to this workout, we recommend that you consult your medical professional.

Auto-pay memberships require a 30-day WRITTEN cancellation notice via email to  You will receive confirmation upon receipt along with your final payment date.

*The 30-day policy is based off of the membership billing date.  We must obtain request to cancel 30 days prior to the final payment.

All AutoPay and Monthly Memberships are eligible for our hold program. You may place your membership on hold one time per calendar year, for any length of time without charge.

We recommend our Form First class to get a more hands on class with adjustments. But this is not a beginner class, it just deepens your practice.
